Ultimate Performance Three Layer Insulating Glass

The triple – glazed Low – E glass with two cavities is composed of three layers of glass with two air layers in the middle. Such a structure can make the U – value of the glass lower, making it suitable for buildings with high energy – saving requirements.

Key Features

  • High – efficiency energy – saving: Compared with single – pane glass and double – glazed insulating glass, the three – glass two – cavity structure significantly reduces the heat transfer coefficient U – value due to the addition of glass layers and cavities. In winter, it can reduce the loss of indoor heat, and in summer, it can block the entry of outdoor heat, showing excellent energy – saving effects. When paired with Low – E coating, which reflects far – infrared thermal radiation, the thermal insulation performance is further enhanced.
  • Excellent noise reduction: The newly added glass layers and cavities add more barriers to sound transmission. It has a good inhibitory effect on medium – and high – frequency noises, such as traffic and human voices.
  • Strong impact resistance: The structure composed of three pieces of glass is more robust than single – or double – pane glass. When facing external impacts, such as accidental collisions or impacts by debris carried by strong winds, it can effectively resist and reduce the risk of breakage.
